At Woodlands, we promote a culture of openness where children and adults are able to talk and are listened to.
Any concerns are passed to the designated safeguarding leaders within the school via our CPOMs system.
Staff are asked to confirm that they are happy with the actions taken. They are encouraged to constructively challenge any decision if they think it is not in the child’s best interest.
We ensure that all staff receive appropriate training, guidance and support to undertake the effective safeguarding of all of our children.
